Due to improper anti-seepage measures, artificial lakes, artificial river foundations and bank revetments have caused a lot of water leakage.
2. Cause analysis:
(1) Water seepage prevention measures are not well considered or specified in the design;
(2) During the construction, the construction method is not standardized or the construction materials are not up to the standard, resulting in water seepage at the bottom of the lake (river) and the bank protection.
3, prevention and control measures:
(1) In the design, besides the seepage control at the bottom of the lake (river), the seepage control treatment of the bank protection should also be considered;
A, the new gravity mortar wall revetment, waterproof material should be around the back of the wall, to achieve effective seepage control.
B, when the old revetment wall is strengthened against seepage, a mortar masonry wall shall be built in the original mortar masonry retaining wall, and waterproof materials shall be wound between the new wall and the old wall.
(2) The design should do a good job in the disclosure of construction drawings, and the construction unit should carefully study the construction drawings, prepare a detailed construction organization design before construction, and approve it by the corresponding departments according to the prescribed procedures;
(3) Strictly control the quality of waterproof materials and operate according to relevant construction specifications. The following items should be paid attention to when laying waterproof coiled material:
A, the grass-roots level should be smooth. When laying waterproofing membrane, the surface of cushion should be smooth, and the foundation soil layer should be compacted according to the design requirements (the compactness is more than or equal to 85%), so as to avoid the damage caused by foundation subsidence during use and bring unfavorable factors to permanent use.
B, revetment treatment. At the foundation of the revetment, an appropriate amount of expansion and contraction should be reserved to avoid tearing the waterproof membrane when the revetment settles, and to ensure the free expansion and contraction of the flexible layer of the waterproof membrane as much as possible.
C, laying method. Pay attention to the laying direction when laying. According to the design depth of the lake bottom, it is laid in place from one bank top-lake bottom-bank top at one time to reduce longitudinal joints. When paving, don't stretch it too tightly, but be gentle and even.
D, lap method. The short-side joint of waterproofing membrane should be controlled to be 150-300mm wide, and the joint of upper and lower layers and adjacent two layers of waterproofing membrane should be staggered to be 1/3 wide. It is also required that the upper and lower waterproofing materials shall not be laid vertically to each other, and the lap joint shall be sealed with sealant.
E, the upper treatment of waterproof coiled material. Clay layer or clay and pebble layer can be used on the waterproof membrane, and some aquatic plants can be planted properly, which can not only ensure the water quality of the lake, but also avoid the precipitation of gray sand, and will not affect the cleanliness of the pool bottom, which meets the requirements of environmental protection and ecology. F, in order to ensure the welding quality of geomembrane, when there is virtual welding or missing welding, the weld must be cut, and the cut damaged part should be repaired by hot melt extruder with raw materials twice the diameter of the damaged part.
(4) Ensure the masonry and pouring quality of stone and concrete.
