The early manifestations of acoustic neuroma are tinnitus, hearing loss or dizziness. In severe cases, facial numbness, decreased lacrimal gland secretion or cerebellar ataxia may occur. It should be noted that acoustic neuroma refers to a benign tumor originating from the distribution of auditory gods, and the exact title should be acoustic neuroma, which is one of the common intracranial tumors. However, 7% to 12% of intracranial tumors, accounting for 80% to 95% of cerebellopontine angle tumors, are mostly found in adults, with the peak in their 30 s to 50 s. It is rare for children to find acoustic neuroma alone. So far, this is a case report.
