This inspection method relies on the inspector's experience. If necessary, the suspected area can be polished with oilstone and verified, but this method is an effective and rapid inspection method.

Polishing of flexible gauze;

Wipe the surface of the cover with clean gauze. Use flexible sand net to cling to the surface of stamping parts and grind it to the whole surface along the longitudinal direction. Any pits and indentations are easy to find.

Oil filling inspection:

Wipe the surface of the cover with clean gauze. Then use a clean brush to evenly spread oil on all surfaces of metal stamping parts in the same direction. Check the oiled stamping parts under strong light. It is suggested that the stamping parts should be erected towards the car body. In this way, tiny pits, dents and ripples on stamping parts can be easily found.

Oilstone grinding:

Wipe the surface of the outer cover with clean gauze first, then polish it with oilstone (above 20×20× 100mm), and polish it locally with circular arc with relatively small oilstone (such as 8× 100mm semicircular oilstone). The choice of oilstone particle size depends on surface conditions (such as roughness, zinc plating, etc. ). It is recommended to use fine-grained oilstone. The grinding direction of oilstone is basically along the longitudinal direction, which fits well with the surface of stamping parts, and some of them can compensate for lateral grinding, especially local grinding.
