The cardiopulmonary resuscitation method tutorial is as follows:
1. External chest heart compression. Position the patient so that he or she lies supine on a hard bed or the ground. If the patient is lying on a soft bed, place a heart compression board under his or her shoulders. At the same time, remove pillows and tilt your head back; untie your collar, tie, scarf and belt. Avoid moving the patient arbitrarily, this position can maximize the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation; avoid aspiration and help breathing; identify the compression site, and the rescuer stands or kneels on the side of the patient. The heel of one hand is placed at the junction of the middle and lower 1/3 of the sternum, at the intersection of the midline of the sternum and the line connecting the two nipples; the base of the other hand and the base of the thumb serve as an axis and are stacked on the back of the lower palm. The fingers are raised and do not touch the chest wall. . Straighten your arms, do not bend your elbow joints, and use your shoulders to press down to create pressure; control the depth of the compression. The sternum should be depressed 5 to 6 cm for adults, at least 5 cm for children, and 4 cm for infants. Then quickly relax to relieve the pressure and allow the sternum to reset naturally; control the compression frequency to 100 to 120 times per minute, and the ratio of compression to relaxation time is 1:1. When relaxing, the heel of the palm does not leave the chest wall.
2. Open the airway. In order to make the respiratory tract unobstructed and remove secretions or foreign matter in the oral cavity and airway, dentures should be removed for those who have them. Methods to open the airway: a. Head-up and chin-lift method, fingers should not be pressed deep into the submental soft tissue to avoid blocking the airway; b. Head-up and neck-lift method, this method is prohibited for patients with head and neck injuries; c. Double mandible The lift method is suitable for patients with suspected neck injuries.
