20CrMnTi conditioning?
20CrMnTi is carburized steel, usually low carbon steel with carbon content of 0. 17%-0.24%. Commonly used in manufacturing transmission gears in automobiles, Cr Mn Ti steel is a medium hardenability carburized steel, which has high hardenability, especially high low-temperature impact toughness, while ensuring hardenability. Steel for carburizing and hardening treatment of 20CrMnTi surface. Good processability, small deformation and good fatigue resistance. Main uses: used for shafts and pistons of automobiles and airplanes and various special parts.
