Contraindications of laser lipolysis
Laser liposuction is an advanced liposuction technology, and its clinical application at home and abroad is relatively rare. Although its complications are less than other conventional liposuction, adverse reactions may still occur. The possible adverse reactions of laser liposuction are:

1) Common complications

① The setting of machine parameters for skin burn is unreasonable. If the skin surface temperature is too high, it will lead to skin burn. Patients should inform the doctor in time when they feel abnormal pain during treatment.

② In the process of laser lipolysis, there will be slight pain in the treatment area, but it can be tolerated.

③ The subcutaneous cavity of seroma is filled with non-condensable serum-like fluid, which can form chronic seroma. Small seroma can be absorbed by itself, and large seroma needs medical treatment, which requires syringe suction or incision, release and pressure dressing.

④ The ecchymosis appeared more than 24 hours after the treatment, and disappeared after 1-2 weeks, generally without treatment.

⑤ Other common complications such as skin numbness or pain, pigmentation, subcutaneous induration, etc. Most of them disappeared spontaneously within 3 to 6 months after treatment.

2) Rare complications

① Fat embolism and fat embolism syndrome are the main causes of death caused by liposuction, and the main symptoms are the triad of hypoxia, confusion and subcutaneous ecchymosis.

② Before perforation of abdominal wall and viscera, doctors should be informed that hernia, history of abdominal surgery, intestinal adhesion and abdominal liposuction are the factors that increase the probability of perforation.

(3) Toxic and side effects of drugs: Lidocaine and epinephrine in swelling fluid exceed a certain dose or concentration, and interact with other drugs to produce toxic and side effects. Symptoms include headache, tongue numbness, tinnitus, delirium, anxiety, lethargy, bradycardia and hypotension. Keep in touch with the doctor at any time after operation. An uncomfortable person

① Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, abnormal blood coagulation function and impaired function of important organs;

② Long-term use of anticoagulants, vasodilators and corticosteroids;

(3) The patient's infection is concentrated in the skin of liposuction site;

(4) Those who have psychological barriers, high expectations and high demands on their own bodies;

⑤ morbidly obese people can discuss with doctors whether the primary disease can be operated after it is cured or controlled.

(4) Surgery should avoid menstrual period.

5] Due to local injection of a large amount of swelling fluid during operation, infiltration of external dressing may occur the next day after operation. If it is liposuction in the lower abdomen, edema will appear in the perineum, which is normal. Exercise properly after operation, and do not advocate strenuous exercise or long bed rest. After the liposuction site is pressure-bandaged for 5 ~ 7 days, the elastic tights 1 ~ 3 months are replaced.

[6] In a short time after operation, the liposuction site may become hard, slightly uneven, and the skin color will deepen and feel numb. These are normal phenomena, which usually recover in about 3 months.
