Fingerprint mold making tutorial
1. Cut the jar into small aluminum pieces with scissors. A fingerprint needs two aluminum sheets, as shown in the following figure:

2. Light the candle, clamp the aluminum sheet with tweezers and put it above the flame to smoke, as shown in the following figure:

3. After blackening the aluminum plate, put it aside for cooling, as shown in the following figure:

4. Tear off a piece of scotch tape with the sticky side facing up, then fold it back and stick it on the table, as shown in the following figure:

5. Then press hard on the black surface of the aluminum sheet, and then print fingerprints on the transparent adhesive tape, as shown in the following figure:

6. Then take out a clean piece of aluminum, as shown in the figure below:

7. Stick the fingerprint on the aluminum sheet, as shown in the following figure:

8. Trim the fingerprint, as shown in the figure below:

9. Such a fingerprint mold is completed, as shown in the following figure:

The first step; Adjust the hot air output by the blower, heat the nano fingerprint model glue (hereinafter referred to as model glue) to soften it (it takes 2-3 minutes), and then heat it to soften the model glue. Test the surface temperature of the "model glue" with your fingertips near the edge of the "model glue". On the premise of not getting hot, the five fingers are spread out and straightened naturally, and the fingers are pressed on the "model glue" horizontally and vertically, and pressed at a uniform speed with a force 2-3 times that of normal opening, until a groove with a depth of 1 to 2 mm is formed. After the "model glue" gradually hardens, the fingers can be pulled apart vertically (. )

The second step; Please carefully check whether the rubbing fingerprint lines are clear and compare them with the finger lines to see if there is any deviation. If; The fingerprint lines printed by rubbing are not clear enough or deviate from their own finger lines. At this time, it is necessary to reset the "model glue" and rub the fingerprint again.

The third step; Use a sterile syringe to extract 1 ml special silica gel and press it into the mixing box.

The fourth step; Shake the curing liquid evenly, and then drop 1 big drop or 2 drops into the mixing box. (Note: The dosage of curing liquid is similar, and it cannot be used in excess, which will directly affect the curing effect of special silica gel and the service life of finished products. )

The fifth step; Stir the professional silica gel and curing liquid evenly with a stirring rod. If; If the stirring is not uniform, it will directly affect the curing time of special silica gel. (Note: The stirring time is about 10 second, and it should not be too long. )

Step six; Pour the evenly stirred special silica gel into the rubbing fingerprint pattern mold. (Note: It needs to be completed within 20 seconds)

The seventh step; Wait 1 to 2 hours, and the special silica gel can be used after it is completely cured.
