The suture was removed under pressure 5 ~ 7 days after the removal of external pouch in Taijiang, Fuzhou. One day after suture removal, local hot compress can be applied to promote edema to subside as soon as possible. The swelling basically subsided in a week or so.

Postoperative nursing care of patients with external pouch removal;

1. On the day of external incision to remove the bags under the eyes, there will be some pain in the wound, but it will gradually decrease with time.

2. There should be a quiet and comfortable air circulation environment to recuperate after operation, so as to avoid the head position being too low and aggravate the swelling of the wound.

3, do not rush to take painkillers, because aspirin drugs will aggravate wound bleeding.

4. Women should try not to wash their faces to avoid wound infection.

5. Increase the intake of protein in diet, and eat more fruits and fresh vegetables to promote wound healing.
