A) Always check whether calibration is needed.
The zero calibration (leather running) of the belt scale should be tested every other day, calibrated at weekly intervals, and calibrated in kind when the season changes greatly (generally once every 30 ~ 40 days).
D), cleaning
Ensure that the scale area is clean and free of materials, stones and dust.
C), lubrication
The bearings of the weighing idler and the speed measuring sensor should be lubricated 1-2 times a year. After lubrication, the scale parts of the belt and scale may be replaced, so zero calibration should be carried out after lubrication.
D), belt adjustment
Under no-load and load conditions, the belt should run on the center line of the idler in the weighing area. When there is an unbalanced load, the load should be shaped.
E), belt tension
It is very important to keep the belt tension constant at all times. Therefore, it is best to install a heavy hammer tensioner on the conveyor to ensure the constant running track of the belt and the true signal acquisition.
F), belt load
The belt load shall not exceed 125% of the equipment limit, otherwise the weighing sensor will be damaged, resulting in unstable and inaccurate measurement; On the contrary, for the full range, too low flow load will produce lower accuracy, so the belt load is required to be transported between 60% and 80% of the range to achieve ideal accuracy.
F), belt adhesive
Sticky materials often appear when the belt is conveying wet materials or fine-grained materials, so the belt sweeper is required to remove the sticky materials in time. If the viscous substance is not removed, zero calibration should be carried out in time to reduce the error.
