The sisal hemp in Zhanjiang is soft and tender, and the sisal grinding wheel made of it is durable, but it shines slowly when polishing, and is mostly used to polish imported stainless steel. As for the sisal wheel made of sisal in Guangxi, it is hard and brittle, and it is easy to see light when polished, but it is not durable and easy to break, and it is mostly used to polish domestic stainless steel.

The linen wheel consists of five layers of sisal cloth and six layers of pure cotton cloth. The size varies from 5 cm to 50 cm, depending on the customer's requirements, but the thickness shall not exceed 1.5 cm. It is lined with a layer of pure cotton cloth and a layer of sisal cloth at intervals. This kind of work is relatively easy, and it is usually done by female workers by hand. Then sew with Shangjiang sewing machine, then center the hole with a punch, and finally cut the edge with a knife die to determine the size. The last three processes all need 20-30 lathes, and the sisal wheel is relatively heavy, so these three processes are generally completed by men. Yellow tanker only uses six layers of sisal, and pure cotton cloth is not allowed. Dimensions range from 10 cm to 45 cm, depending on customer's requirements, and the thickness does not exceed1.5cm.. Its processing program is: 1, layout; 2, sewing and forming; 3. Centering hole; 4. Trimming; 5, varnish; 6. dry. Except for the last two processes: painting and drying, the first four processes are the same as flax wheel processing. The cost of yellow tanker is higher than that of linen dealer, so the sales price is about 20% higher than that of linen dealer. My uncle has been engaged in the production and processing of sisal wheels for eight years, taking a "family-oriented" development path. He regards employees as his family. The processing area is only 300 square meters, and there are only about 20 employees. Just like a warm family, it is flexible enough and easy to manage. The processing and production procedures of sisal wheels are relatively simple and easy to manage. But my uncle's request for sisal wheels is not simple. He believes that to win in similar products, it is necessary to enhance the core competitiveness of products. First of all, we must not cut corners and be opportunistic. In raw materials, every process is perfect to ensure product quality. His view is that first-class employees and first-class technology make first-class products, and only high-level and high-quality products can win the market. He always adheres to the service tenet of "quality first, reputation first". Taking "honesty and pragmatism" as the basic principle, we attract manufacturers, occupy the market and satisfy customers with the business philosophy of high quality and low price.

But in order to compete in the market, we have to reduce the production cost. My uncle's method to reduce the cost is to coordinate with the overall goal and the quantitative goals of each stage, and arrange raw material procurement and production in the off-peak season reasonably. At the same time, it saves time in the production process, killing two birds with one stone. Achieve quantitative management objectives, define management elements, program production processes and production monitoring indicators. Based on the changes of market and environmental conditions, we can adapt to the changes, adjust at any time, and adopt any method, as long as it works, it works and the effect is good. These are the principles of my uncle's production and operation, and also the secret of his invincible position in this industry. Data 2: Internship Report of Hisense Mould Company in Grade 06 of College of Materials: In late July, students of Grade 06 19 of College of Materials Science and Engineering began to practice in Qingdao Hisense Mould Company for a period of 14 days. Different from other companies' internships, Hisense pays enough attention to interns, and students are deeply impressed by Hisense's fast-paced, orderly and accurate working methods. The internship students are divided into five groups, and take turns to do one-day internship in CNC area, electrician area, assembly area, general processing area and design department. Time is pressing, students cherish the internship time every day, study more against time and communicate with designers more. In order to fully satisfy students' thirst for knowledge, Hisense also arranged evening training three times a week. The practice in the field of numerical control aims at understanding the cavity structure, forming principle and processing method. Students were also lucky enough to see the cooperation project between Shanda and Hisense, that is, molds with high-gloss technology, which has become a trend in the home appliance industry. In the electrician area, I mainly learn and be familiar with the main parts that CNC machine tools can't process, and carry out electric machining and wire cutting. In the field operation, the theoretical knowledge learned in books has been consolidated, and the understanding that electro-machining is to corrode the workpiece through electrified electrodes to achieve the machining purpose has been deepened. In the general processing area, students visited and studied six different types of lathes, including horizontal and vertical milling machines, such as tool milling machines and gantry milling machines. In the assembly workshop, the three groups with the highest technical content, namely, the high-gloss group, the polishing group and the fitter group, opened students' eyes: the high-gloss group and the polishing group are responsible for polishing the surface of the mold to make its smoothness meet the requirements, and the fitter group installs the inserts of the mold according to the drawings. During the last design department, students learned about the general process of mold design, obtained the three-dimensional solid model of the product according to the customer's product drawings or models, then made the sketch design and CAE analysis of the mold structure, determined the gate layout scheme and injection process and other parameters, then determined the mold structure and carried out detailed mold design, obtained the mold solid model and two-dimensional drawings, then carried out other processing such as NC programming, NC machining and EDM, and finally carried out grinding and assembly. In the communication with designers, in addition to learning the methods and processes of mold design and the application of UG in mold design, students also understand that mold design is a complex process, in which experience plays a great role. If you want to do such a good job, you must keep learning, accumulating and summarizing, and have the spirit of suffering. During the internship, students mingled with Hisense employees, held a basketball friendly match with the design department of Hisense Mould Company and a football friendly match with Hisense Company, which further contacted Hisense employees and enhanced their friendship. During the whole internship, students have learned things that they haven't learned in school for many years, which is a big step forward for everyone on the road to success. After the internship, the students thanked Hisense Mould Company, which led the teacher Guan and provided internship positions. I hope the friendship between Shandong University and Hisense will last forever.
