2. Reasonable load. Reasonable loading and timely production can improve the quality and fruit setting rate. (1) sparse ears. After the flower withers 10- 15 days, the ear is thinned according to the fruit setting condition, two ears are reserved for the branches with strong growth potential, and 1 ear is reserved for the branches with weak growth potential. If planted once a year, each bearing branch will leave 1 ear. (2) Sparse particles. Selective flower thinning is carried out 15 ~ 20 days after flower dropping. Dense fruit and single fruit.
3. One control and two sprays. (1) control the growth of new shoots. For fruiting branches with strong growth potential, twist the upper part of inflorescence before flowering, or leave 5 ~ 6 large leaves for coring to improve the fruit setting rate. (2) spraying boron fertilizer. Spraying 0.2% ~ 0.3% boric acid or 0.2% borax solution 1 time before flowering, and spraying 1 time every five days for 2 ~ 3 times. (3) spraying gibberellin. Soaking inflorescence with gibberellin solution of 25 ~ 40ug/g or spraying it at full bloom stage can improve fruit setting rate and ripen 15 days earlier.
4. Promote coloring. (1) refinement. When berries begin to be colored, the old leaves at the base of new shoots should be removed, the ineffective new shoots should be thinned, the ventilation and light transmission conditions should be improved, and the coloring of berries should be promoted. (2) ring cutting. Before berry coloring, ring cutting at the base of fruiting mother branch or fruiting branch can promote berry coloring and ripen 7 ~ 10 days in advance. (3) spraying potash fertilizer. Spraying 400 ~ 600 times of fruit friend amino acid and 1200 times of Stockholm or 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate at the hard core stage can accelerate ripening for 7 ~ 10 days.
5. Control pests and diseases. There are few pests and diseases on grapes cultivated in greenhouse, which mainly control young ear axis rot, white rot and brown spot. Spraying 3-5 times Baume's sulfur mixture before bud, alternately using 6,000 times of Guinness or 3,000-4,000 times of nano-azide before and after flowering, spraying 1 time every15 days, and spraying twice continuously. After June, alternately use Haolao or Anminle, or use 500-600 times carbendazim to control downy mildew, powdery mildew and black pox, and spray every 10 day/time. After releasing the film, refer to the cultivation and management of grape in the open field.
