There is a hard one under the earlobe where the wreath is placed. Is it bone or something? It's under both ears. It doesn't hurt, but it's hard, like a bone.
This is called mastoid, or mastoid bone, which is a conical protrusion on the temporal bone on both sides of the head. It is located at the back and lower part of the tympanum and contains many air chambers of different sizes. Each air chamber is connected with each other and with the tympanic sinus between the tympanic cavities. Mastoid is located in the lower part of the tympanum, which is a bony protrusion behind the external auditory canal. As shown in the figure below:
