1. Lay the pipe flat, find the center line and mark it.

2. Use a ruler to find out the center line of the corresponding eye on the sealing surface of the high neck and flange, and mark it.

3. Draw a point on the groove of the flange neck, align the point with the mark on the pipe port, and the two flange eyes are in the correct position on the pipe.
