Working principle of chemical pulser
Pulse bag filter is a new type of high-efficiency pulse bag filter improved on the basis of national standard MC-II and Japanese TBF bag filter. It combines the shortcomings of chamber reverse blowing and various pulse blowing, such as insufficient dust removal intensity and uneven distribution of air inlet and outlet, and expands the application scope of pulse bag filter. Due to the characteristics of this dust collector, the dust removal efficiency and adaptability are improved, and the service life of the filter bag is prolonged. After years of production practice, the equipment runs stably, with little maintenance.

Working principle:

When the pulse bag filter works normally, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of gas volume, some coarse dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia or natural sedimentation, and most of the remaining dust particles rise with the airflow and enter the bag room. After being filtered by the filter bag, dust particles are retained outside the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box from the inside of the filter bag, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and the air outlet, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal. With the continuous filtration, the resistance of the device is also rising. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the ash cleaning controller issues an ash cleaning command. First, the lift valve plate is closed to cut off the filtered air flow. Then, the dust removal controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve. Because the pulse valve sends the high-pressure reverse airflow used for cleaning the dust into the bag, the filter bag expands rapidly and produces strong jitter, so that the dust outside the filter bag is shaken off, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning the dust. Because the equipment is divided into several box areas, the above process is carried out box by box. When one tank area is cleaned, other tank areas are still working normally, which ensures the continuous normal operation of the unit. The key to deal with high-concentration dust is that the cleaning time required by this kind of strong cleaning is very short (only 0. 1 ~ 0.2s for one injection).
