1. The Department of Burn Plastic Surgery must have the Approval of Setting up a Medical Institution and the Practice License of a Medical Institution issued by the relevant departments, and must have a clear scope of burn plastic surgery services.

2. Burn plastic surgeons engaged in plastic surgery must have the qualification of practicing doctors and be registered by the registration authority of practicing doctors.

3. Medical personnel engaged in plastic surgery in burn plastic surgery department must obtain the qualification of nurse and be registered by the nurse registration authority.
