Installation method of heavy shelves:
1. First, install the transverse brace (transverse brace) and diagonal brace (diagonal brace) on the column with screws.
2. The assembled two columns (one column = two columns, several horizontal columns and several inclined columns) are erected on the ground.
3. Adjust the distance between the two columns to the length of the cross beam, and then install the cross beam.
4. When installing the sub-frame, first install the column, then adjust the distance between the installed column and the column on one side of the main frame to the length of the cross beam, and then install the cross beam.
Installation method of cantilever frame:
1. Based on special profile, two C-beams are welded back to back with connecting steel plates. The width of the connecting steel plate is the width of the column.
2. After two pieces of C-shaped steel are welded, open a connecting bolt hole at the position of the connecting column for connecting with the column.
3. Weld the connecting bottom plate on the side to facilitate the connection between the expansion bolt and the ground.
