Since humans began to walk upright, skeletal displacement has existed in the human body and is quite common among the population. The proportion of skeletal displacement is at least 80-90%.
The main causes of bone displacement are:
1. Congenital inheritance;
2. Running, jumping and stumbling in infants and young children;
3. Excessive exercise in adolescence;
4. Excessive labor in adulthood;
5. Sitting and standing for long periods of time, such as: frequent computer use, watching TV, playing cards for a long time, Playing mahjong, etc.; People with occupational diseases, such as: drivers, clerks, accountants, white-collar workers, entrepreneurs, etc.;
6. Irregular life, such as: not working and resting on time, not eating on time, etc.;
7. Being in an air-conditioned environment for a long time;
8. Related to female pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery;
9. Sprains, strains, and bruises;
10. Imbalance of yin and yang in the human body, blocked meridians, etc.;
11. Imbalance of nutrition (protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber and other foods), resulting in many functional and organic diseases.
