Prepare ingredients
300 grams of flour
Milk or formula milk180g
Yeast 3g
Proper amount of purple potato taro
Detailed steps
1. Prepare the above ingredients: peeled purple potatoes and taro, steamed, mixed while hot, and pressed into mud for later use (babies over one year old can add some sugar).
2. Pour the yeast into the milk, stir to melt, then pour it into the flour, stir it into a flocculent shape, and knead it into a smooth dough by hand (the key to smooth muscle).
3. Knead into long strips and cut into small dough of equal parts. Cover the others with plastic wrap and put them aside to prevent the surface from drying out.
4. Take a small dough, knead it into a circle, flatten it, roll it into a round piece, put a spoonful of purple potato and taro paste, and knead it into a steamed bread.
5. Knead the dough down. Follow this step to make the remaining dough.
6. Put them all into a baking tray or put them in a warm place indoors for sealed fermentation for 35 minutes, and the fermentation can be seen by naked eyes.
7. Put in a steamer with cold water, steam for 20 minutes and stew for 2 minutes.
