Ingredients: 400g of flour, 2 10/0g of cooked pumpkin puree, 4g of yeast and 0g of sugar10g.
The specific steps are as follows:
1. Prepare flour, add sugar, cooked pumpkin puree and yeast respectively, stir into flocculent, knead into smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment to twice the size.
2. After exhausting, it is divided into 12 parts, each part is about 55g. Take out a small part, add a small amount of flour while kneading until the dough is smooth and there are no pores in it, forming a drop shape.
3. Cut the hedgehog's thorns with our small scissors for eyebrow trimming, and cut them in rows from beginning to end. After the hedgehog's thorns are cut off, dip one end of chopsticks in a little water on each side of the hedgehog's eyes and gently press the black sesame seeds to make eyes.
