The second type is of medium size, the head and neck are moderately deviated to one side, the sternocleidomastoid muscle of the affected side is completely or partially shortened, and there is also a hard mass on the inside, about 2x3cm, the neck movement is slightly limited, and the face and head are slightly deformed;

The third type is lighter, with the head and neck slightly tilted to one side, the sternocleidomastoid muscle of the affected side is thicker and slightly shorter, which can touch or not touch the soft tissue mass, the neck movement is not restricted, and the head and face deformity is not obvious.
