If an employee is sick or injured for less than 6 months, the enterprise shall pay sick pay according to the following standards:
(1) If the continuous length of service is less than 2 years, it will be paid at 60% of my salary;
(2) If the continuous working age is over 2 years and less than 4 years, it will be paid at 70% of my salary;
(3) Those who have worked continuously for 4 years but less than 6 years shall be paid 80% of their salary;
(4) If the continuous working age is over 6 years and less than 8 years, it will be paid according to 90% of my salary;
(5) If he has worked continuously for 8 years or more, his salary shall be calculated as 100% of his salary.
2. If the employee has been on leave for more than 6 months due to illness or non-work-related injury, the enterprise shall pay the disease relief fee:
(1) If the continuous length of service is less than 1 year, it will be paid at 40% of my salary;
(2) If the continuous length of service is over 1 year and less than 3 years, it will be paid at 50% of my salary;
(3) Those who have worked continuously for 3 years or more will be paid 60% of their salary.
The number of vacation days for employees who are sick or injured at work shall be calculated according to the actual number of vacation days, unless there are rest days and holidays during the continuous vacation period.
If the employee's treatment for illness or non-work-related injury is higher than the average monthly salary of this city in the previous year, it can be calculated and paid according to the average monthly salary of this city in the previous year.
If the employee's leave treatment due to illness or non-work-related injury is lower than 40% of the average monthly salary of the enterprise, it shall be made up to 40% of the average monthly salary of the enterprise, but it shall not be higher than my original salary level or higher than the average monthly salary of the employees in this city last year.
40% of the average monthly wage of an enterprise is lower than 80% of the minimum wage standard of enterprise employees in this city in that year, and it should be supplemented to 80% of the minimum wage standard of enterprise employees in this city in that year.
The minimum standard of sick pay or disease relief for enterprise employees does not include pension, medical care, unemployment insurance and housing accumulation fund that employees should pay.

Article 44 Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay wages higher than the wages of the workers during their normal working hours according to the following standards:
(1) If the laborer is arranged to work longer hours, he shall be paid no less than 150% of the salary;
(2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid a salary of not less than 200% of their wages;
(3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
