Yanqing County Hospital was established in 1956. It is a comprehensive second-class first-class hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, rehabilitation and preventive health care. It is also the teaching hospital of Capital Medical University and the standardized training base of general practitioners in Beijing. In 20 10, it was identified as one of the 50 county-level hospitals supported by the Ministry of Health, and it was a pilot unit for the reform of county-level public hospitals in Beijing. On February 28th, 20 14, the reform of "separation of medicine" was officially implemented, becoming the first county-level public hospital in Beijing to "break the system of supporting medicine with medicine".
