Yin Lihua (1 March, 5-64) was born in Xinye County, Nanyang County (now Xinye County, Henan Province). Guangwu Emperor Liu, the second empress of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Guo Shengtong (A.D. 6- A.D. 52) was born in Zhenping Town (now Qiutou Town, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province). The first empress of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the wife of Guangwu Emperor Liu Xiu, the daughter of An Yang Temple Hou Guo Chang, was the niece of Wang Liuyang. Born into a wealthy family in Zhongshan County, in the second year (24 years) after a fresh start, Liu Xiu decided to marry Guo Shengkun to win Liu Yang, the real king. After Liu Xiu proclaimed himself emperor, he was made a Huawei aristocrat in Yin Li.
In order to appease the forces of Hebei faction, Cheng was named the queen, and the history was called Guangwudi. In the seventeenth year of Jianwu (4 1), he resigned as the empress dowager of Sun Yat-sen and moved to Gong Bei because of his "reckless behavior".
