Hello, everyone's nose is skewed to varying degrees, but it's hard to see with the naked eye. If the nose looks a little crooked after the operation, there may be several reasons. The most common situation is the crooked nose before operation, which will be more obvious in the process of swelling reduction after operation. In addition, it is caused by the bending position of the artificial prosthesis inserted during nose surgery. About 6 months after operation, there may be some skew in the process of stabilization, but if it is still skewed afterwards, the reason is that the positioning of the prosthesis itself is slightly skewed during operation, or it has been hit (slightly) during the period when it has not been completely fixed after operation. This situation needs to be removed and reinserted, but it can be corrected if it has not been completely fixed.
