Second, clean the glass. Add two or three drops of finger-sized flexible detergent (mainly used for cleaning and lubrication) to the watering can and shake it well with water. Spray an appropriate amount of water on the outside of the glass to be pasted, carefully clean the whole glass with a steel scraper or a plastic scraper to remove dirt on the glass, then spray water, and then clean the glass with a special wiper for the front and rear blocks. If you bake the film on dirty glass, when the film becomes soft after heating, scrape the film with a scraper, and the things on the glass will leave traces on the film. These marks can't be removed even if the film is pasted, thus affecting the quality, beauty and clarity of the film.
Third, the plastic teeth before baking the film bite the corners of the film, thus distinguishing the side with protective film. Spread the protective film with one side facing up evenly on the glass, and cut off the excess part (subject to the black edge of the glass). The upper and lower sides of the membrane are evenly separated from the middle, two wide-sided bubbles are evenly separated from the upper and lower sides together, and two wide-sided bubbles are evenly separated from the upper and lower sides. Scrape the water in the middle part with a scraper, and be careful not to scratch bubbles to prevent scratching the film. The middle part is rubbed first for setting, so that the solar film will not move, and the bubbles of the film will be evenly separated to the two long sides, which is beneficial to baking the film.
Fourth, bake the film and divide the bubbles into equal parts of similar size. From easy to difficult, bake small bubbles first, and then divide the big bubbles into small bubbles to bake. Pay attention to the temperature of the baking gun and the heating degree of the film when baking, and adjust the temperature by distance or speed. When baking bubbles, the bubbles should be heated evenly, and the baking gun can hold 1-2 seconds properly to shrink the film edge before leveling. Pay attention to the shrinkage of the film when baking. When the film shrinks into wrinkles, the scraper will scrape it to the bottom. If the bubbles are too big, you can smooth the film by hand and then scrape it clean with a scraper. When baking the film, you can't stay on a bubble for too long to avoid being too hot. If the temperature is too high, the film will be scorched, and the glass will be broken. At this time, you can't spray water on the car glass to prevent the glass from bursting because it can't stand the stimulation.
Fifth, trim and bake.
