Working principle of clutch of automatic washing machine
The automatic washing machine controls the water intake, drainage and the on-off of the motor through the cooperation of the water level switch and the electromagnetic water intake valve, thus realizing automatic control. The electromagnetic water inlet valve plays the role of connecting and disconnecting the water source. When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the moving iron core is tightly pressed on the rubber diaphragm under the action of gravity and spring force, the central hole of the diaphragm is blocked, the valve is closed, and water cannot flow. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the moving iron core moves upward under the action of magnetic force, leaving the diaphragm and opening the central hole of the diaphragm, so the water above the diaphragm flows into the washing tub through the central hole.
The intelligent fuzzy control automatic washing machine can also automatically judge the water temperature, water level, clothes quality and clothes dirt, and decide the appropriate amount of detergent and the best washing program. When the quantity and texture of clothes in the washing bucket are different, the total weight will be different if water is injected to make them reach the same water level. Taking advantage of this, the quality and quantity of clothes can be judged by measuring the inertia of the washing motor after low-speed rotation.
The dirtiness of clothes is judged by the transparency of water. An infrared photoelectric sensor is added at the drain of the washing barrel, so that the infrared light passes through the water and enters the receiving pipe on the other side. If the transparency of the water is low, the light energy obtained by the receiving tube is small, indicating that the clothes are dirty. Piezoelectric sensors are used for dehydration. When the dehydration barrel is highly rotated, the water sprayed from the dehydration barrel acts on the piezoelectric sensor, and the dehydration operation automatically stops according to this pressure change.

Through the circuit diagram of the automatic washing machine, we can see that when we inject a certain amount of water into the washing tub, the motor will run at a low speed, and then it will quickly cut off the power supply after stability. The washing tub will drive the motor to continue to rotate under inertia, and then the motor winding will generate back electromotive force, which will be rectified, amplified and shaped by half wave to obtain a rectangular pulse sequence. By analyzing the pulse number and pulse width, the clothing quality can be obtained.
Disassembly and assembly steps of clutch of automatic washing machine
1. It is very troublesome to replace the clutch of the automatic washing machine. First, unscrew the screws for fixing the face frame and remove the four screws for fixing the outer barrel ring.
2. Loosen the impeller screw to take out the impeller, and then use a special sleeve to loosen the big nut that fixes the inner barrel (the inner barrels of Q8 18 and Q828 models are fixed with four M6 bolts), and take out the clutch of the automatic washing machine;
3. First spread a soft cloth on the floor to turn the washing machine over, screw out two bolts for fixing the protective frame on the clutch of the automatic washing machine with a sleeve, and remove the protective frame;
4. Unscrew the four bolts that fix the clutch with the sleeve, take off the belt, and finally take out the clutch of the automatic washing machine and replace it with a new clutch;
5. Assemble the clutch of the automatic washing machine according to the original steps.
