Precautions for prednisone
⑴ Patients who use this medicine for a long time often need to increase the dosage during and within 3 ~ 4 days after operation to prevent cortical insufficiency. General surgical patients try not to use it, so as not to affect wound healing.

⑵ Both this product and cortisone need to be activated by liver metabolism to be prednisone or hydrocortisone, so it is not suitable for patients with poor liver function.

⑶ This product has weak mineralocorticoid activity and is not suitable for primary adrenal insufficiency.

⑷ Hyperadrenocortical function, hypertension, atherosclerosis, heart failure, diabetes, neuropathy, epilepsy, postoperative patients, gastric and duodenal ulcers, corneal ulcers, intestinal diseases or chronic malnutrition, and hepatic insufficiency should not be used; Pregnant women should use it with caution or disable it; Virus infection should be used with caution.
