Changqing, male, 1964 graduated from Shanghai College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (now Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine), chief physician and professor of traditional Chinese medicine. He used to be the director of China Chinese Medicine Association, the president of Ningxia Chinese Medicine Association, the member of Ningxia Science and Technology Association, the member of Ningxia Medical Accident Appraisal Committee and the editorial board of Ningxia Medical Journal.

Ma Yubao, male, graduated from Faculty of Medicine of Ningxia Medical College 1983, chief physician, professor of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.

Li Shuying, female, graduated from Ningxia Traditional Chinese Medicine School 1966, chief physician, professor of traditional Chinese medicine.

Wang Fenglian, female, graduated from Medical Department of Ningxia Medical College 1987. She is the deputy chief physician and associate professor of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, the director of the Chinese Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and the member of the professional committee of peripheral vascular diseases of the Chinese Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. In 2000, he won the second batch of apprenticeships of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.
