Accident cars with damaged front and rear windshields, cars with broken windshields before and after self-explosion, and refurbished cars with front and rear windshields removed are all the same. Maintenance personnel use a single-sided paper cutter to completely scrape off the residual glass glue on the vehicle frame where the windshield is installed. The front and rear windshields that have been refurbished and disassembled throughout the vehicle have also removed the glass residual glue around the glass. Before installing the front and rear windshields, the maintenance personnel should carefully check whether the plugs of the snowmelt and dry water lines are normal, and whether the power sockets on the frame where the front and rear windshields are installed can be electrified and compact. These electrical components and power supply are tested to be normal, and then the front and rear windshields are installed. Install the front and rear windshields, because they are expensive and vulnerable parts of the car, so be sure to install them carefully and try to complete them at one time. White glass glue is used for plain cars and black glass glue is used for dark cars. Before installing the front and rear windshields, insert the long jar of glass glue into the glue extrusion gun, and obliquely cut the glue outlet of the long cone of glass glue to ensure that the glass glue can be easily punched into strips. First, evenly coat glass glue around the frame and windshield, then firmly insert the junction of snow melting and waterline of windshield, then install the whole windshield symmetrically and horizontally in the frame, and then put it back into the glass beads.
