What is the construction technology for slope greening?

1. Construction preparation

Establish a safety protection zone: Pedestrians and vehicles are prohibited from passing around the construction site, define the safety protection zone, and install construction signs in the middle of the construction site.

According to the requirements of construction safety operation regulations, safety protection measures are selected, erecting steel pipe scaffolding, laying bamboo scaffolding sheets underneath, hanging protective nets above, or hanging ropes from the top of the mountain and wearing safety belts for construction. Scaffolding is erected in accordance with the construction standards of scaffolding erection facilities, and on-site construction personnel wear safety helmets and necessary labor protection equipment.

2. Cleaning of the working surface

Clear the debris and loose rocks on the working surface, and trim the corners of the slope and the edges of the top of the slope to make them arc-shaped as much as possible. Level the working surface to facilitate soil spraying construction and increase the greening effect of the working surface. Ensure that the unevenness of the work surface before construction is uniformly ±10cm, with a maximum of ±15cm; cover the low-lying areas with soil, compact them, or backfill with soil in planting bags until the reverse slope section disappears. If conditions permit, it can be Transverse grooves are opened on the working surface at certain heights to increase the roughness of the working surface and increase the adhesion of the guest soil to the working surface.

If the rock slope itself is not stable, it should be reinforced with prestressed anchor cables.

3. Construction of interception and drainage ditches

Whether the drainage system on the working surface is set up appropriately and reasonably is directly related to the growth environment of vegetation on the working surface. For long and large slopes, the top of the slope Drainage ditches are required at the foot of the slope and at the platform. And consider whether to set up slope drainage ditches based on the size of the water flow on the working surface.

4. Laying and nailing the mesh

Use highly galvanized prismatic wire mesh or high-strength plastic reinforced geonet, with mesh size of 5cm×5cm. Use a pneumatic drill or electric drill to arrange anchor rods and anchor nails in a plum blossom pattern with a spacing of 1×1m on the rock. The length of the anchor rod is 90-100cm. The anchor length is about 15-40cm. When constructing the net, the rolls are unrolled from top to bottom. Two adjacent rolls of barbed wire (geonet) are connected and fixed with tying wires. There must be at least 10cm overlap at the intersection of the two nets, and no less than 5 anchors per square meter. There should be a certain gap between the net and the working surface, and should be evenly aligned. On steeper rock surfaces, straw ropes can be wrapped around the net at a certain distance to increase adhesion and ensure the thickness of the soil. The hanging net allows the guest soil matrix to form a durable monolithic plate on the rock surface.
