First, denial psychology.
Everyone wants to be recognized by others, and children's academic performance wants to be recognized by teachers and parents; Employees want to be recognized by leaders; The ability to work is expected to be recognized by colleagues, and once this recognition is broken, the psychology will be lost and a series of psychological obstacles will arise.
Second, self-esteem psychology.
I can't find my ideal job, my salary is low, I can't stand on my own feet and so on. It is also easy to breed a sense of decline. They don't want others to say that they are useless. They like compliments. Therefore, we must be satisfied in other aspects to fill this psychology, such as asking our children and grandchildren to obey, so as to show our position in society and family and satisfy our self-esteem psychology.
Third, loneliness.
Because most children are only children now, they spend most of their time alone except in class. Parents work hard to make a living, no one cares, and it is easy to breed that kind of loneliness inside.
Fourth, fear.
The pressure of work is too great for me to bear. I am psychologically frightened, nervous, unable to eat or sleep, and feel that I am about to collapse.
Treatment:
After the correct diagnosis and treatment are confirmed, psychological treatment should be carried out at the same time. Specifically, it can be summarized into five methods, namely, inference and inspiration, suggestion therapy, transfer therapy, behavior therapy and imagination therapy.
"Reasoning and enlightening" is to help patients by putting facts and reasoning.
"Hint therapy" is the simplest and most typical conditioned reflex of human beings, suggesting that patients will be better tomorrow than today; And bad hints often lead to "iatrogenic diseases" or make patients lose confidence, thus aggravating the condition.
"Transfer therapy" is also called distraction therapy. Even if the patient's attention shifts to pleasant things, such as listening to jokes and watching TV, it will make the patient feel happy and dilute or forget his troubles.
"Behavioral therapy" is to guide patients' behaviors, such as reward, punishment and skill training, so that patients can realize the physiological changes or organ activities in the body, learn self-control and finally achieve the purpose of treating diseases.
"Imagination therapy" is to guide the patient's attention from distraction to concentration, and the mood from instability to stability and calmness through imagination, so that the spirit and body can be relaxed.
