It doesn't matter. Americans are more open. Tattooing is a fashion. It doesn't matter if you already have tattoos. Tattoos are not a security threat, so there will be no problem. But in some places, it seems difficult to enter the military and police departments. In America, it's best not to be too awesome. Tattoos can easily upset homeless people. From the government's point of view, it has absolutely no impact. But then the school should have school rules. Maybe some schools don't give tattoos, so it should be no problem.
