Materials:
300g of high-gluten flour, 4-5g of yeast powder, 0/0g of sugar/kloc, 3g of salt, 0/70ml of warm water/kloc and 20ml of olive oil.
Exercise:
1. First, mix yeast powder and sugar with warm water, then put them into high-gluten flour, stir slowly, add water, stir evenly, stand for 3 minutes, add olive oil and salt, and knead until the surface is smooth.
Put a cup of hot water in the rice cooker to keep warm. After the dough is put away, cover it and ferment for about 40 minutes until it is twice as big ~ (it can be fermented at room temperature without electric cooker in summer)
3. Take out the dough, sprinkle some hand powder and knead the air out. Roll out a round dough with a diameter of 25 cm and a thickness of 0.5 mm. Insert the fork into the dough surface and wait for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees for 5-8 minutes, and take out the pizza crust.
This amount of dough can be made into two 9-inch pieces.
