Pleura is normal. It's not in the CT report. For most hospitals and imaging doctors in China, they will not write the words "normal pleura" on their own initiative (even if they do, it should be "no abnormality in pleura"). Only write under abnormal circumstances, such as pleural thickening or effusion.

For the image report, you should look at it this way: what is abnormal is what the doctor saw, but what is not written is that the doctor is not abnormal by default, because it is impossible for the imaging doctor to write a report covering everything, unless the application form of the clinician indicates that he pays special attention to a certain part, or the clinical diagnosis is a disease of a certain part, and the imaging examination has not found it, so it is necessary to specially indicate "no abnormality".
