1. Conventional high-frequency straight welded pipe production line adopts plain carbon steel, which is heated by solid-state high-frequency welder and extruded by external force. The steel pipe is mainly used for building structural pipes, water and gas pipelines or furniture tube decoration.

2. Stainless steel high frequency welded pipe:

Welded steel pipe is made of stainless steel belt by argon arc welding or high frequency welding or other welding methods.

3. Square rectangular welded pipe:

The steel strip is directly rolled and deformed into a square rectangle, and welded by a solid-state high-frequency welder, or the circular tube is turned into a square rectangular welded steel tube.

4. Special-shaped welded pipe:

The steel strip is directly rolled into special-shaped steel pipes with different cross-sectional shapes, or a circular welded pipe is formed by shaping.

5. Galvanized welded pipe:

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of high frequency straight welded pipe and prolong its service life. Generally steel pipes are galvanized. Galvanized steel pipes are divided into two types: hot dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. The hot galvanizing layer is thick and the cost of electro-galvanizing is low.
