What is airless spraying of anticorrosive coatings? Who can explain?
Ordinary air spraying, also known as air pressure spraying, is a painting method that uses a spray gun as a tool and uses the airflow of compressed air (0.35 MPa ~ 0.6 MPa) to blow, atomize and spray paint on the surface to be painted to form a continuous and complete coating.

High-pressure airless spraying, also known as airless spraying, means that the paint is pumped by a high-pressure pump in a closed container, so that the paint itself is pressurized to a high pressure (15 ~ 30 MPa), and then sent to the spray gun through a hose. When the high-pressure paint enters the atmosphere through the nozzle, it immediately expands violently and is atomized into extremely fine particles, which are sprayed on the coated surface.

Compared with air spraying, it has the advantages of 60% higher coating utilization rate, no air to participate in atomization, less spraying scattering, less atomization loss, less solvent consumption, less solvent volatilization, environmental protection, and improved construction conditions. The paint with high viscosity (100s) can be sprayed, and a thicker paint film (100 ~ 300μ m) can be obtained each time, which is especially suitable for the bottom coating of wooden furniture or the spraying of latex paint on indoor and outdoor walls of buildings. And the working efficiency and the coating utilization rate are improved.
