On the 15th, the Liuzhou City Talent Market held the first special job fair of the "2011 Liuzhou Private Enterprise Recruitment Week". Despite the rain, it still attracted nearly a thousand job seekers to the site. On the 16th, the talent market and employment service center will also hold a "Private Enterprise Recruitment Week" special job fair simultaneously.
This year's "Private Enterprise Recruitment Week" will be held from May 16 to 22. The recruitment targets are mainly college graduates, taking into account various urban employment difficulty groups and migrant farmers in cities. Taking into account the large number of registered companies, the Liuzhou City Talent Market added a special recruitment session (for public welfare) yesterday before the official launch of the recruitment week activities. On that day, 57 units entered the market, providing 924 positions. Judging from the on-site situation, in addition to machinery manufacturing, auto parts, building materials, decoration and other industries, companies entering the site also have many commerce and entertainment service industries. The reporter noticed at the scene that some recent college graduates also came to the scene to apply for jobs. A graduate told reporters that for them, when applying for jobs now, they do not care whether the company is a state-owned enterprise or a private enterprise, but they care about the development prospects and benefits of the job.
Ren Chunhua, deputy director of the Liuzhou City Talent Service Management Office, said that in fact, the Liuzhou City talent market mainly serves private enterprises. Judging from the recruitment situation some time ago this year, it is difficult to recruit low-end basic workers, and it is also difficult to recruit high-end personnel such as talents with strong professional abilities in production maintenance, product sales, marketing planning, etc. As for talents in the middle stage such as finance and secretarial work, the recruitment success rate is also high due to the large market supply. Relatively speaking, it is more difficult for talents at this stage to find jobs because the market supply exceeds demand. According to statistics, despite the rain yesterday, nearly a thousand people came to the site to apply for jobs, and 111 people finally reached employment intentions.
It is also understood that this morning, the "2011 District Private Enterprise Recruitment Week" activity will be officially launched, and the Liuzhou City Talent Market will continue to hold a special recruitment session for the "Private Enterprise Recruitment Week" (starting at 9 a.m.) , more than 60 units have signed up to participate, providing nearly a thousand jobs. At the same time, the Liuzhou Employment Service Center will also hold a "Private Enterprise Recruitment Week" special recruitment session (starting at 8 a.m.). 74 units are scheduled to enter the site, providing 1,773 jobs. The two special job fairs are both public welfare in nature, and there will be staff from relevant departments at the recruitment site to provide policy consultation, career guidance and other services.
