This summer vacation, I worked as an intern in xx Chinese Medicine Hospital for one month. Xx City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a second-class first-class Chinese medicine hospital integrating medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, health care and rehabilitation, with distinct advantages of Chinese medicine. Probation is an exercise, a social practice activity to consolidate theoretical knowledge, feel the hospital environment and understand hospital affairs, and also to prepare for one's medical dream. After contacting the trainee hospital, I walked into the hospital with excitement and tension. My trainee department is Cardiovascular Department, which mainly treats cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, angina pectoris, sudden death, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, heart failure, congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, atrial septal defect, premature beat, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis and acute infective endocarditis. The treatment is mainly to improve circulation, strengthen the heart and diuresis, and nourish the body through drugs combined with physical therapy.
Every morning, Mr. Li, the chief physician, will lead us to make rounds. At this time, the teacher will carefully explain the specific symptoms of the patient, the main treatment principles, specific treatment methods, precautions in treatment, and the prognosis of the patient. When encountering special patients, the teacher will also analyze other similar patients. Then, the teacher will prescribe according to the specific conditions of different patients. In case of emergency, the teacher will also explain the emergency treatment. Several other interns and I listened carefully and took notes. In addition, the teacher will also explain to us the relevant knowledge of clinical work, including the writing of medical records and so on. So, after a month's internship, as a medical student who is about to enter junior year, I have deep feelings.
First of all, as a medical student who is interested in becoming a qualified medical worker, he should cultivate a high sense of social responsibility from now on. The profession of doctor has been endowed with the sacred mission of treating diseases and saving lives since ancient times. In today's society, we should still uphold the faith in our hearts, have a high sense of responsibility for the motherland and the people, give everything, always think of patients, do everything possible to relieve their suffering, heal the wounded and rescue the dying, and practice humanitarianism. Cardiovascular medicine is a risky department. Only when I entered the internship of cardiology, did I know what life is precious and realized the true meaning of saving lives. During my internship, I met several patients with acute coronary syndrome. When they arrived, the patient had severe symptoms, chest pain, sweating, nausea and vomiting. At this time, the speed of treatment is key. Therefore, residents should devote themselves to the treatment of patients. He almost trotted. First, check his vital signs, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen and respiration, judge the category of patients with acute coronary syndrome according to ECG and other inspection methods, ask about the medical history in the shortest time, and then immediately make a doctor's order, explain the condition to his family members, and issue a critically ill notice. Then quickly complete the first course record and discuss the next treatment with the director. However, some patients are seriously ill. For example, a 70-year-old man with aortic dissection and kidney disease died after a period of hospitalization, which really proved the fragility of life. Although I didn't participate in the treatment, I felt bad when I saw my family's grief. All kinds of situations make me realize that patients in cardiovascular medicine are not light, so we should always be on high alert because life may disappear at any time. This also shows the tension of doctors' work tasks and the great responsibility of their work. Therefore, to become a qualified doctor, it is particularly important to cultivate a sense of responsibility.
Secondly, qualified doctors should learn to have more beautiful qualities. Most of the patients in cardiovascular medicine are elderly people, and most of the diseases they suffer are chronic diseases, which require medical staff to have enough love and patience. Civilized and polite service, dignified manners, civilized language, cordial attitude, sympathy, care and consideration for patients are what medical workers must do. When I followed Director Li in rounds, I observed that when Director Li asked about the condition of elderly patients, he always used simple words to ensure that patients could understand. If the patient has difficulty breathing and his speech is unclear, Director Li will listen patiently and learn more information. It is precisely because of this that maintaining good communication between doctors and patients is also more conducive to the improvement and rehabilitation of patients. At the same time, the arduous medical work is well known, which requires medical workers to have the spirit of hard work. Teaching resident Dr. He has just been in the hospital for two years. Writing medical records and fulfilling the doctor's orders decided by the director are his main tasks. In the case of many patients coming at once, he needs to write a few records of the first visit at once. However, the heavy workload cannot be an excuse for being lazy. Dr. He quickly inquired about the condition, made a physical examination, gave a diagnosis after getting the exact diagnosis basis, and then issued a doctor's order with the consent of the director. Sometimes it is too late to write a medical record, and Dr. He will sacrifice his lunch break to complete the task, so as to ensure that today's work can be completed today and the next day's work can go smoothly. In addition, doctors should respect patients' personality and rights, treat patients equally regardless of nationality, gender, occupation, status and property status, do not accept patients' red envelopes and banquets, do not borrow money or things from patients or their families, and do not disclose patients' privacy and secrets. In front of the doctor, every patient is like a blank sheet of paper, and all kinds of physical conditions are undoubtedly revealed. In this regard, doctors have the obligation to keep all kinds of patients' information confidential, and can't lead to the tension between doctors and patients because of a temporary panic, which will eventually lead to the patient's condition not getting better or even getting worse. Also, doctors are a profession, and how to deal with the relationship between colleagues is also a problem that needs careful consideration. There are many doctors in the same department, and everyone has different strength. They should learn from each other, unite and cooperate, and strive for the same goal of rehabilitation with patients.
Finally, medical skill is a necessary condition for practicing medicine. Patients came to the hospital with anxiety, hoping that doctors could relieve their pain and restore their health. This requires doctors to be rigorous and realistic, strive for perfection, study medical skills and strive for perfection. Constantly update knowledge and improve technical level. There are often some intractable diseases in clinic, which require doctors to brainstorm and use their own knowledge and experience to solve the patient's condition. When I was an intern, I once met a patient with a persistent high fever. After all kinds of inspections, I can't find a clear reason. After several days of routine treatment, the patient's condition has not improved significantly, and the high fever has only decreased slightly. In order not to delay the treatment opportunity, I had to transfer the patient to tongji hospital for further treatment. I think this happens from time to time. Therefore, only by constantly improving one's medical skills and not being satisfied with one's knowledge can one cope with various clinical problems. Dr. He, who teaches, will read a thick book and keep learning after finishing what he is doing. As a junior, we should master the basic knowledge seriously, think more, ask more questions, and draw inferences from others. At the same time, it is also important to actively link theory with practice. Often the medical records written in books are very typical and rarely encountered in clinic. For example, a patient under the care of Director Li, due to family changes, suffered from emotional damage, resulting in a sudden increase in blood pressure, palpitation, shortness of breath and abnormal chest tightness. At this time, we can't just rely on medication, but also need to communicate with patients' families, get treatment information, actively communicate with patients, and treat patients' physical and mental trauma. It is our goal to be good at making a correct diagnosis with professional vision and careful thinking. Therefore, only by mastering basic knowledge, paying attention to practice and improving one's medical skills as much as possible can one be worthy of patients.
Looking back on my one-month internship in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, I personally entered the clinic to deal with patients and get in touch with real medical work, which broadened my horizons, further consolidated my theoretical knowledge and exercised my basic medical skills, and benefited a lot. This internship also strengthened my determination to become a glorious medical worker. Continue to contact the hospital for internship next summer vacation. I believe that by then, due to richer knowledge and accumulated experience, I will gain more and forge ahead on the road to becoming a qualified medical worker!

During these two months in internal medicine, under the careful and patient teaching of the teacher, I learned a lot that I didn't know in class. During my internship, I learned the general process of treating patients: for example, measuring vital signs; Ask about the patient's medical history, allergy history, etc. Write nursing records carefully, observe the patient's condition at the same time, cooperate with the teacher's guidance, and understand the basic application of antibiotics to each digestive system. During the internship, I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital and various departments, earnestly perform the duties of nurses, be strict with myself, respect teachers, unite my classmates, work hard, and think of patients wholeheartedly. At the same time, it is necessary to understand family members, correctly handle the relationship between nurses and patients, do a good job of explanation and comfort, say "I'm sorry" more, let family members understand the work of nurses, and reduce unnecessary misunderstandings or excessive behaviors.
Hypertension complicated with arrhythmia, coronary heart disease and heart failure are common in cardiology. Under the guidance of the teacher, I have basically mastered the nursing and basic exercises of some common diseases. Welcome new patients with a smile and do a good job in admission evaluation; Closely monitor vital signs and standardize records; Collect blood and urine samples correctly; Actively cooperate with doctors for treatment; Strictly implement three checks and seven pairs; Seriously carry out intravenous infusion ... while constantly learning and summing up experience, I can be diligent in observation, be good at observing the patient's condition, grasp the changes of the condition in time, and make accurate judgments. Although the time is not long these days, I have been exposed to a lot of professional knowledge and skills that I didn't know before, and I have picked up a lot of operating techniques again, such as aseptic principle, oxygen application and five settings of rescue vehicle.

I have been practicing in xx Central Hospital for one month. During this time, I first contacted the clinic, shuttled through the ward for the first time, and had a positive contact with the patient for the first time. Although there was a lot of discomfort in the process, I benefited a lot. Respiratory medicine is the first stop of my internship, and everything is learned from scratch, which often makes me a little at a loss. With the patient teaching of the teacher and the careful help of other interns, I learned the civilization checklist and other items. Slowly began to publish medical advice, from simple to complex, and also had a certain understanding of the use of some antibiotics. During the rounds, the teacher will explain the main points of some diseases. When there are new patients, the teacher will carefully revise the medical records I wrote, and explain their diagnostic ideas when I make rounds the next day, which makes me make great progress. There are many diseases encountered in respiratory department, such as pneumothorax, pleural effusion, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, pneumonia and so on. By writing medical records and physical examination, I have a certain understanding of the symptoms and signs of these diseases. Unfortunately, I'm in the respiratory department. At that time, I didn't suggest going to the lung function laboratory to see how the lung function experiment was operated.
After coming out of the respiratory department, I went to the hematology department. The most significant thing in this department is to make a bone spur. Although I only stayed in the hematology department for a week, I finally practiced it myself the day before I left the department through observation a few days ago. Seeing that I have successfully completed it, I really want to thank my teacher for her trust and support. Bone marrow puncture is a routine examination in hematology department. On the first day we entered hematology department, all the directors, Zhang Huiying, explained the whole process to Nightmare in detail. Hematology is the department that I feel is most closely related to our laboratory specialty. It makes me feel very sweet to see the bone marrow report. Unlike B-ultrasound and ct, we know nothing about it. We are familiar with every item on the bone marrow report, and we have practiced it in the previous experimental class. Through a week's study in hematology, I have a deep understanding of aplastic anemia and iron deficiency anemia.
The last department I went to this month was Cardiology. Because I didn't learn ECG much at school, it was very tiring to follow the teacher's rounds. The teacher talked about P-wave, U-wave and st-segment in ECG. At first, he was at a loss. After a few days, they gradually entered the state, and some simple ones could be understood. When I was in cardiology, I went to the catheter room to see a coronary angiography and a pci. When I watched the guide wire puncture from the radial artery into the heart, I had to marvel at the rapid development of medicine. For patients with coronary artery stenosis, successful pci can make them feel proud as doctors. Sometimes, you can learn a lot just by sitting in the office and listening to the teachers' discussions. Coronary heart disease is the most common patient in cardiology. Through the conversation between teachers and patients, I learned about the risk factors of coronary heart disease, that coronary angiography is the basis of diagnosing coronary heart disease, and that I also have a certain understanding of the treatment of coronary heart disease.
As the first month of integrating theory with practice in my study, everything made me feel fresh. I like this situation now, and I like the freshness brought by each department. I will make good use of the remaining month of internal medicine, study hard and believe that I will grow in this process.

The four-month surgical internship ended in a flash. Time flies. Practice is the first step for us to turn theory into ability and move towards clinic. During my internship, I benefited a lot and benefited for life. I will self-evaluate my performance during my internship. In March, I went to the provincial hospital for an internship. According to the requirements and regulations of hospitals and schools, I went to eight departments, including respiratory department, endocrinology department, hematology department, general internal medicine department, rheumatology department, neurology department and surgical ICU. During the internship, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital and various departments of the hospital, abide by the law, respect teachers, unite colleagues, and be strict in self-discipline, so as not to be late, leave early or be late. Take good care of patients and be amiable.
I try my best to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience. During the internship, I constantly sum up my learning methods and clinical experience, and strive to cultivate my ability to think independently, solve problems independently and work independently. Internship life has also cultivated my lofty concept of serving the people wholeheartedly and the professional quality that medical workers must have. After nearly four months of practice, I have mastered the writing of all medical documents such as course records, consultation records and discharge records. Master the characteristics of clinical departments and the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequent patients in various departments; Master the normal values and clinical significance of common examinations and the first aid treatment of various dangerous, serious and urgent patients.
The learning tasks of all departments were successfully completed, and no medical errors and medical accidents occurred. In addition, as a preparation for party member, I have been keeping in touch with the Party branch of the internship hospital. After leaving school, I continued to receive the education of the party organization, always keeping consistent with the decision-making thought of the CPC Central Committee and trying to get close to the party organization. During my four-month internship, I actively participated in the political activities organized by the internship hospital and various departments to make my thoughts and morals better.
Article 5 Self-evaluation of doctors' personal work
Being a doctor, saving lives, hoping to make some contributions to society. This is my initial idea of choosing a doctor. I think a doctor is a noble profession, which can not only realize its own value, but also repay the country. Our hospital is very busy, and patients come to see a doctor almost every day. I have a gentle attitude towards patients and never keep a cold face. After all, patients who come to the hospital are sick and can't be blocked. For some pessimistic patients, they will often persuade and encourage them not to give up hope. As long as you persist, you will be cured. My friendly attitude and kind words are respected by patients, and many patients like to see me.
I am proud to be recognized by patients, but I also feel pressure and dare not ignore my responsibilities. I will repeatedly confirm any symptoms before making a decision, and I will never blindly prescribe drugs to patients, which is related to the safety of patients. Since you are a doctor, you should not only have medical ethics, but also have your own bottom line. I won't prescribe some useless drugs to patients in order to increase my income. Everything depends on the patient's physical condition. Serious attitude, so I rarely have problems here, because I have been insisting, but I have a high reputation in the hospital.
You must contribute as much as you can. China has a large population base and many patients. To help patients get rid of diseases, we must have a solid foundation, know all kinds of intractable diseases and do our own tasks well. I work very hard, and I will never forget to learn more medical knowledge after work. Even if I am not responsible for some diseases, I ask myself to know the symptoms. I have encountered some rare diseases at work, so I am helpless and have failed to live up to the trust of patients. Seeing the patient leave sadly, I felt that my work was not done well, which made me determined to know more about it in the future.
Although I have cured many patients, I don't feel that I am so powerful. Even though I was rewarded by the hospital many times, I never let my guard down. I understand that my burden is heavy and I can't neglect it. So I will adjust my mentality and continue to treat patients with a calm attitude. I will not be proud of my achievements. I will always do things in a down-to-earth manner and do my job well. There are also many doctors in the hospital who are better than me, and they have become my study goals. Always ask for advice modestly. I have also met colleagues who learn from me, and I will give them everything. I don't think we can hide our knowledge, but we should carry it forward and give more patients opportunities and hope.
I will devote my life to this job, and I will always try to stick to it. I still have a long career, and I will definitely live up to the expectations of patients and will not bring shame to our hospital. I will help more patients with the most sincere mentality, and I hope that one day everyone will be free from diseases. I will work hard with our hospital to contribute my strength and give hope to more patients.
