Summary of personal work of guiding doctors in hospitals in 2007

During the operation, Hu, a nurse from the intestinal clinic, took over my job temporarily, and did a good job, which was well received by everyone. After I went to work, "Hu" intended to join the medical guidance group and put forward the idea of joining the medical guidance to Director Li of the Nursing Department. After two months of careful consideration, I finally decided to absorb her.

"Hu" served as a doctor guide when the new hospital opened. After serving as an intestinal outpatient nurse, she belonged to the prevention group and changed her work clothes into doctor's clothes. In order to unify the image of the doctor guide, under my persuasion, 50-year-old Hu overcame psychological pressure and other people's comments and finally bravely accepted the dress of the doctor guide.

Because there is no doctor in the intestinal clinic, and the intestinal clinic must be kept, the municipal defense office has to check it several times a year, so she usually has no job. Going to work every day is a newspaper, a cup of tea and even a place where many people often come. Many colleagues in the hospital have put forward opinions, and some leaders have proposed to use her. It turns out that "Wu" is the doctor on the third floor. Since the expert clinic was set aside from the medical guidance office, the medical guidance office on the third floor has also become vacant. The laboratory has a heavy workload, many patients and business trips. When the director of the laboratory suggested that it was necessary to arrange personnel to help, I decided to arrange "Hu" and got the consent of Director Li. Hu couldn't figure it out at first, but she was good at it. Even if she can't, she can obey the arrangement. After a period of persuasion, she was finally able to understand and do a good job seriously and actively, and was praised by the director of the laboratory and all the staff many times. Now she has become an indispensable supernumerary in the clinical laboratory.

Considering my work, I made a new arrangement in the schedule. Hu and I are responsible for guiding doctors in the lobby on Saturday and Sunday, and the rest are arranged in the afternoon, working six days a week and getting up early six days. This may be nothing to colleagues who live near, but we all live far away, and Hu is even farther away, so the cost has increased a lot. "Hu" didn't agree at first, but she was able to communicate and obey the arrangement, and gradually learned to put her work first and accepted it.

Zhu, a doctor on the second floor, has not only been able to arrange the work on the second floor reasonably, but also learned the basic operation of ECG, often replacing home visits. Compared with herself, Zhu has indeed made great progress, and has also broken people's bad views on her and made people have a new understanding of her. Although she will make some low-level mistakes, she can obey the arrangement at work and ask for leave in advance when she is in trouble or sick, which is of great help to the functional departments. Although she works on the second floor and is in the functional department, she still belongs to the medical guidance group, and I am also responsible for attendance and scheduling. I will also respect the opinions of functional department directors in holiday scheduling.

The work of guiding doctors in the hall has always been the focus of the whole hospital. Due to the gradual improvement of the hospital system and the increase of personnel in the registration room, the service mode of guiding doctors in the hall has been gradually accepted and recognized by people after more than two years. There is nothing wrong with the discussion about guiding doctors and myself in the hall gradually decreasing, including that individual leaders don't like it. Many of the work entrusted to me at the beginning was also managed by relevant departments. This year's young guidance doctors are relatively stable, so my work is also relatively stable.

Every year, the little guide doctor keeps changing like a lantern. They can do it for a few months at most, and they can only do it for 1-2 days at least. Even when the green and yellow are not connected, I will take full responsibility. Fortunately, Jing Heshan was the first batch of doctors in this hall this year. Because Shan is not suitable for guiding doctors, I dismissed her before the Spring Festival. Jing and I undertook the hall work together, and also undertook the physical examination for more than ten days of spring outing in the whole hospital. At that time, the person in charge of the physical examination handled this matter very unfairly, obliterating our work results. This practice makes.

In April, two new tutors, Wei Hehua, were invited, both of whom were above 170mm in height. They have a good image and temperament, and the most important thing is that they can abide by discipline, enthusiasm, initiative, practicality, wit and eagerness to learn. They are rare among the nearly 30 small guide doctors I have taken, and they are also the most satisfying to me.

Due to the steady development of the hospital, the number of patients who come to rescue is gradually increasing. With thin strength, we braved the light rain and struggled to lift the fainted patient from the No.68 bus, put it on the flatbed and push it to the rescue room. We braved the heat to push the flatbed car to the White House to pick up the fainted old man. We used a flatbed truck to pick up patients with severe asthma attack and critical illness from Hansen Pharmacy, and after pushing them into the intensive care room, they were all soaked with sweat. We send patients with extremely dangerous drug allergy and blood pressure that can't be monitored by infusion in Hansen pharmacy to the emergency room as quickly as possible. ...

We also personally pick up patients in wheelchairs, escort the elderly and the disabled to cross the road, provide full-course medical services for the elderly who are lonely and widowed, pay for the sick and weak patients and take their children to take medicine for them, answer every patient's questions enthusiastically and patiently, grasp the prices of some related examinations and other expenses, and have a certain understanding of all new projects, instruments and equipment in the hospital.

Because of the complexity of the two systems, patients often hang the medical insurance number into a common number, and medical insurance is a special prescription, so we often run errands for patients to calm their dissatisfaction.

The fee refund system involves the financial management system, and it is quite troublesome for patients to refund fees, but it is inevitable. Whoever charges can refund fees, which increases the difficulty for patients to refund fees. For the convenience of patients, such refund work is generally handled by us, and patients can collect it free of charge at any time, so we also pay a registration fee individually. Distribute brochures and handle more than 400 elderly people over 70 years old who have no general registration.

It has solved numerous contradictions between doctors and patients, and coordinated the friction between window departments, especially the registration room, and patients. Many solutions have also been adopted and supported by relevant departments.

Recycling waste plastic bags in rainy days and installing rain gear for patients who come to see a doctor not only facilitate patients, but also maintain the cleanliness of the hospital.

I can proudly say that we have stood at the forefront of the hospital and made remarkable achievements. Our work is ordinary, trivial and even low in the eyes of many people, but our actions are noble and our hearts are beautiful.

Growing up in my work and making progress in contradictions, my biggest gain this year is that after more than two years of tempering, I learned how to deal with people and things. I not only managed young doctors, but also learned the management methods of elderly nurses. I managed and arranged the work of every doctor in an orderly way, and gained their trust and respect. Facts have proved that my work as a medical director is effective, and every member of our medical director can be independent and do his own work well. The new hospital medical guidance mode I created has also been recognized and appreciated by the majority of patients and hospital staff, and has developed steadily with the progress of the hospital. I will strive to make this team more mature and United, give full play to everyone's advantages and enthusiasm, and become an excellent team in the hospital!
