Using the component editing function, the pins can be shortened. When using AD 18 to draw the schematic diagram, put the parts in schlib library into the editing area of sch schematic diagram. The pins of some library parts are too long, which brings inconvenience to drawing schematic diagram. There are two ways to shorten the pin length:

1 is to modify the pin length of parts in the parts library. After modifying the parts in the library, it may cause unexpected inconvenience when drawing and placing parts in the future.

2. After placing the part in the SCH schematic editing area, modify the pin length of the part in the SCH schematic drawing area. The advantage of this is that the pin length of the parts in the parts library has not been modified, which has no effect on future drawings.
