1. Open the original PCB file and navigate to the location of the crystal oscillator.

2. Select the crystal oscillator, right-click and select Properties.

3. In the Properties dialog box, find the Footprint option.

4. Click the "..." button to enter the "package browser".

5. In the Package Browser, browse the available SMD crystal oscillator packages. You can use the search function or browse manually to find the appropriate patch package.

6. After finding the appropriate patch package, double-click the package to return to the Properties dialog box.

7. In the Properties dialog box, confirm that the required patch package is selected.

8. Click "OK" button to complete the change of crystal oscillator package.

9. Save the PCB file and make necessary layout and wiring adjustments to adapt to the new patch package.

Please note that after changing the package type, you should also ensure that the size, layout and electrical characteristics of the new package match the original package, so as to ensure the normal operation and performance of the circuit.
