Any operation has a recovery period, so please don't worry and wait patiently. If the eyelid is separated from the eyeball after three months, it is likely that the eyelid surgery removes or displaces too much fatty tissue, resulting in concave deformity of the tissue around the lower orbit, or it may be that the lower eyelid is everted by removing too much orbicularis oculi muscle. Can be repaired by surgery.
