Often 4S shops or large paint shops will have color cards and paint formulas for each model and body color, that is to say, what color masterbatch and how much each color needs can be found out, because with reference, the color will not be checked with the naked eye, so it can be the same as the original car color when painting.

Second, pay attention to the painting process.
In addition to reducing color difference through color matching, painting process is also very important. If the spray gun spray is uneven, the effect of natural spray is deep and shallow.
At the same time, the angle of the worker to the sprayed plate and the speed of the spray gun will affect the final effect. Generally, the moving speed of the spray gun is between 30-60 cm/s. If the moving speed of the spray gun is unstable, the thickness of the sprayed paint surface is likely to be uneven and stripes will appear.
It is normal for a car to encounter a little color difference when painting on one side. The paint surface of the car body has been weathered for a long time, and the color and brightness have weakened.
