He is currently the vice chairman of Tianjin Artists Association, Professor Han Changli, director of Oriental Art Department of Nankai University, and Professor Wang Yongkang, Oil Painting Department of Shandong Art Institute. 1986 to 1988, taught in a local middle school, then resigned to develop in Jinan, and started his own art school to educate people after learning from teachers. 1991may joined Shandong artists association and became one of the youngest members at that time.
