The first phase of the project was completed and put into use on April 22, 2009, with a construction area of 87,000 square meters, a total investment of about 350 million yuan, and 620 beds, including outpatient and emergency building, inpatient building, infection building, tumor building, hyperbaric oxygen treatment center, logistics building and ancillary facilities.

The outpatient and inpatient buildings are spacious and bright, and the central air conditioning is comfortable and pleasant, providing patients with efficient, convenient, fast and thoughtful modern medical services.

The hospital has Hitachi magnetic vibrator, Toshiba spiral CT, DR, CR, mobile electrocardiogram system (DSA), exercise treadmill electrocardiograph, 500 mA X-ray machine, electronic gastrointestinal endoscope, dual-position lithotriptor, dual-target DR filming machine, new hemodialysis machine, pathological frozen slicer (imported), extracorporeal circulation machine, 14-person hyperbaric oxygen chamber, bedside otolaryngology treatment machine and multifunctional laminar flow operating room.
