3. Quality requirements 1. The varieties, specifications, and names of the main materials used in the project shall be approved by both parties.
2. Project acceptance standards, both parties agree to implement them with reference to relevant national regulations.
3. During construction, if Party A has special construction projects or special quality requirements, both parties should confirm and sign a supplementary contract for the increased costs.
4. For all materials and equipment purchased by Party A, Party A is responsible for product quality; Party B is responsible for construction quality.
5. If Party A hires its own project supervisor, it must notify Party B before the project starts to facilitate work connection.
IV. Material supply 1. Party B must strictly comply with the relevant national price regulations and implement clearly marked prices for the materials used in this contract.
The materials provided by Party A shall be used in the decoration project stipulated in this contract and shall not be used for other purposes without the consent of Party A.
If Party B misappropriates the materials for other purposes, Party A shall be compensated at double the price of the misappropriated materials.
2. If Party B’s materials and equipment do not meet the quality requirements or have different specifications, they shall be prohibited from use.
If it has been used, Party B will be responsible for any losses caused to the project.
5. Payment method Once the contract is signed, Party A shall pay

%; when the construction period is more than half way (May 25, 2011), Party A will pay the construction fee for the second time

will be settled after Party A accepts the completion of the project.

Party A’s failure to pay on the due date is a breach of contract, and Party B has the right to stop construction.
The project shall not be delivered for use if it has passed the acceptance inspection and the payment for the project has not been settled.
