There are only three ways to process the waist hole of this shaft without deformation:

1, milling by milling machine, 2, wire cutting, 3, laser cutting.

Milling machine is slow, so wire cutting is still faster than milling machine, and laser cutting is the fastest, but the cost is the highest, so I suggest you wire cutting.
