How to use the vacuum sealing machine is as follows:

1. Turn on the power, and turn the power selection switch as needed, that is, the power indicator light will turn on. The power selector switch points to vacuum for vacuum sealing and to vacuum for inflatable means for vacuum inflatable sealing.

2. Place the plastic bag containing the items in the vacuum chamber, and place the bag mouth neatly on the heat seal strip.

3. Press down the machine cover and the air extraction (vacuum) indicator light on the panel will light up. When the vacuum pump starts to pump air, the machine cover is automatically sucked. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. When adjusting, follow the scale from low to high, and the amplitude should be small.

4. Bag the products that need vacuum packaging, then place the open end on the sealing strip and keep the bag straight. If it is a small bag, you can also pack multiple bags side by side at the same time.

5. When the air pumping reaches the set time, the air pumping ends, the air pumping indicator light goes out, and the inflation indicator light turns on to indicate the start of inflation. The inflation knob can adjust the inflation time, the method is the same as above. If inflation is not required, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program will automatically enter vacuum packaging, and the inflation indicator light will go out.

6. When the air extraction or inflation is completed, the indicator light goes out and the heat sealing indicator light comes on, which means the sealing process is entered. There are heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knobs on the panel to adapt to materials of different thicknesses. When adjusting time and temperature, the rotation amplitude should be small to prevent the heat sealing temperature from suddenly increasing and burning the heat sealing accessories.

7. When the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light goes out, indicating that the heat sealing is completed, that is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the cover is automatically lifted, and the vacuum inflatable packaging process begins. All finished and ready for the next packaging cycle.
