1. Different kinds

2. Different uses
Based on the crushing principle of "stone to stone" and "stone to iron", sand making machine is widely used for medium crushing and fine crushing (sand making) of various hard and brittle materials such as rocks, tailings, iron ore and concrete aggregate. It is especially suitable for building sand and road sand.
Crushers are mainly used to crush materials with medium hardness and brittleness, such as granite, river pebbles, pebbles and limestone.
3. The crushing sequence is different
Crushers are generally used for primary crushing in stone production lines. Sand-making machines are generally used in sand-making production lines and sand-gravel production lines for secondary crushing.
4. Different feed particle sizes
The feed particle size of the crusher is relatively large, and the caliber is generally around 1 m to 2 m, which can directly crush large stones mined from the mountain. However, the feed particle size of the sand maker is relatively small, generally controlled at about 20-30cm, and the feed particle size is also clearly defined, which cannot exceed the limit set by the equipment, otherwise the equipment will be easily damaged.
5. The granularity of finished products is different.
Crushers are mainly used for crushing, so the particle size of the finished product is above that of the sander, generally controlled below 25mm, so that the sander can carry out the next processing. The particle size of the sand processed by the sand making machine will be controlled within 5mm, and the general finished products will be screened and the sand that meets the standards of building sand will be selected.
