Helujia Von Fogwidder and Ai Xisi Hexy are one of the characters in The Blood of the Devil. He is the right-wing leader of the Rose Cross, and his character is insidious and changeable. At the end of the Cataclysm, he restored the Babel of the Germanic Kingdom as an important base of the Rose Cross, and incorporated a large number of personnel, including three brothers.
